We are excited to offer FREE Click & Collect as a convenient option for our customers at select locations across Australia. Collect your order directly from one of our fulfilment centres, saving on shipping costs and enjoying faster access to your Growplay Monkey Bars.

Available in: Perth, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane

How it Works

  1. Place your order on our website and select "Pickup in store" at checkout.
  2. Choose your preferred pickup location from the options available.
  3. You'll receive an email advising when your order will be ready for pickup.
  4. Visit the selected warehouse within 10 days and follow the instructions below for a smooth pickup experience.
  5. Please bring a copy of your confirmation email and valid ID when collecting your order.
Collection Window:

Orders must be collected within 10 days. Orders not collected within 10 days may be cancelled without notice and $75 re-stocking fee applied to your refund. Unless you have purchased Christmas Hold.

⚠️ Safety Requirements for Collection

Collection takes place at active third-party logistics warehouses. Please note:

  • Enclosed shoes must be worn (no sandals or thongs)
  • Children must remain in vehicle at all times
  • Please stay near your vehicle during collection
  • Follow all staff instructions and be aware of forklifts and trucks operating in the area

The largest accessory box (Monkey Bridge) is 121cm × 32cm × 12cm. All other accessory boxes are smaller and will fit in most standard vehicles.

Vehicle Requirements for Frame Orders

  • Vehicle with large boot, folding rear seats, ute or trailer
  • Required: Appropriate tie-down straps or rope for secure transport if using a ute or trailer
Important Safety Note:

For safety reasons, we cannot release orders if your vehicle is too small, you don't have appropriate load restraints, or you do not meet safety requirements (enclosed shoes, children in vehicle, etc.). Please ensure your vehicle and attire meet these requirements before collection.

Brisbane (Ipswich)

Northline Warehouse

Collection Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9am - 3pm

Instructions:

  1. Upon arrival, locate the intercom system at the entrance.
  2. Press the intercom button labeled "Warehouse".
  3. Quote your Growplay order number for collection.
  4. Once granted access, proceed to the pickup area at Door 1.
  5. A staff member will assist you with collecting your order.

Sydney

Sydney Warehouse

Collection Hours:

Monday to Friday: 6am - 2pm

Instructions:

  1. Upon arrival, press the key button on the keypad at the front entrance.
  2. Once you drive through the entrance, proceed directly to Shed 2.
  3. Report to the warehouse office at Shed 2 with your order details.
  4. The warehouse team will direct you to the appropriate parking area for loading.

Perth (Balcatta)

Instructions:

  1. Park in the designated pick-up area in front of the 'DISPATCH' sign.
  2. Proceed to the office with your order number or confirmation email.
  3. Wait for a staff member to assist you with your order.

Perth (Airport)

  1. When driving in the driveway, the warehouse is on the left.
  2. Park near the red door with the 'Warehouse Office' sign above it.
  3. Enter through this door and go to the window.
  4. Quote your Growplay order number for collection.

Adelaide

Instructions:

  1. Upon arrival, turn right towards 'Local Pick Up' and continue past the water tank.
  2. Park next to the door marked 'Local Pick up' and approach the intercom.
  3. Ring the bell and provide your order details to staff.
  4. A team member will bring out your order and request your signature.
