You may return items within 14 days of delivery if you have changed your mind about your purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Before You Return Anything
Contact Us First
You must contact us before returning any items so we can approve and arrange the return. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.
📦 Return Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, all returned items must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed cartons
- Cartons must be in resalable condition
- Products that have been opened, assembled, used, or partially unpacked are not eligible for a refund
- The original order number must be clearly written on or attached to the return shipping label (not on the item packaging)
- Return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility
🚚 Return Freight Responsibility
- All return freight costs are the customer’s responsibility
- It is the customer’s responsibility to organise and pay for return freight to our processing centre
- We do not provide prepaid return labels for change of mind returns
⚠️ Important Conditions
- Returns sent in opened, damaged, or unsealed cartons will not be refunded
- If a return does not meet the above conditions, it will not be processed and return shipping back to the customer will be at the customer’s expense
- A $50 restocking fee applies to all change of mind refunds
- You are responsible for arranging and paying for return freight
