2. Eligibility
   • Open to existing Growplay customers worldwide
   • Entrants must be 18 years or older
   • Employees of Growplay, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible
   • Void where prohibited by law
   • Proof of Growplay purchase may be required
3. Competition Period
   • Starts: January 25, 2025, 12:00 AM AWST
   • Ends: Feburary 25, 2025, 11:59 PM AWST
   • Winners will be announced within 7 days of competition end
4. How to Enter
   • Submit a 30-second video featuring Growplay equipment through the official competition entry form
   • Entry is free
   • Multiple entries per household are permitted
   • Each video must be an original submission
5. Entry Requirements
   • All submitted videos must:
     • Feature genuine Growplay equipment
     • Be filmed on private property with owner's permission
     • Include only children with verified parental/guardian consent
     • Comply with local privacy and child protection laws
     • Be original content owned by the entrant
     • Be at least 30 seconds in duration
     • Be in vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio)
     • Meet minimum technical requirements (minimum 720p resolution, MP4/MOV format)
     • Not exceed 500MB in file size
6. Content Restrictions
   • Videos must not contain:
     • Dangerous or unsafe behavior
     • Inappropriate content or language
     • Third-party branding or advertising
     • Copyrighted music or content
     • Identifiable information of minors without parental consent
     • Content that infringes on any third-party rights
       
7. Rights and Permissions
   • By entering, participants grant Growplay:
     • Perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use submitted content
     • Right to edit, modify, and adapt content for marketing purposes
     • Permission to use content across all marketing channels including:
       • Social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
       • Websites and digital platforms
       • Email marketing campaigns
       • Print and digital advertising
       • Trade shows and events
   • Participants must obtain and provide upon request:
     • Written consent from all identifiable individuals in the video
     • Parental/guardian consent for all minors
     • Property owner permission where applicable
8. Winner Selection
   • This is a game of skill; chance plays no part in determining the winner
   • Winners will be selected by a panel of Growplay judges
   • Judges' decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into
   • Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of selection
9. Prize Details
   • One global winner will receive $1,500 AUD (or £750 or $900 USD).
     
   • Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable
   • Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes or charges
   • Prize will be paid via electronic transfer within 60 days of winner verification
   • If winner is ineligible or cannot be contacted, prize will be redrawn
10. Privacy and Data Protection
    • All personal information will be handled in accordance with:
      • Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988
      • UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
      • US State Privacy Laws including CCPA (California)
    • Data Collection and Usage:
      • Personal information collected only for competition administration
      • Video content used for marketing as specified under Rights and Permissions
      • No data sharing with third parties except as required by law
      • Data retention aligned with legal requirements
    • International Data Transfers:
      • Data may be transferred between Growplay entities globally
      • Appropriate safeguards in place for international transfers
      • Compliance with cross-border data transfer requirements
    • Participant Rights:
      • Access to personal data
      • Correction of inaccurate data
      • Deletion of personal data
      • Withdrawal of consent for marketing
      • Lodge complaints with relevant data protection authorities
11. International Competition
    • Competition open to Growplay customers worldwide
    • All entries subject to local laws and regulations
    • Where local laws conflict, stricter requirement applies
    • Growplay reserves right to exclude jurisdictions where competition may not comply with local laws
    • Currency conversion based on official exchange rates at time of prize award
12. Technical Requirements
    • Growplay not responsible for:
      • Technical failures in submission process
      • Lost, late, or corrupted entries
      • Internet or website downtime
      • Email delivery issues
    • Participants responsible for:
      • Quality and format of submissions
      • Backup copies of entries
      • Cost of entry preparation and submission
13. General Conditions
    • Growplay reserves the right to:
      • Verify eligibility and entries
      • Disqualify fraudulent or inappropriate entries
      • Modify or cancel competition if necessary
      • Substitute prizes of equal value if required
      • Make binding decisions on any disputes
    • Invalid terms will be severed without affecting remaining terms
14. Liability
    • Participants agree to release Growplay from:
      • Claims relating to competition participation
      • Technical failures or lost entries
      • Injury or damage from participation
      • Claims arising from content submission or prize use
    • Participants indemnify Growplay against third-party claims
    • Nothing excludes liability for negligence causing personal injury or death
15. Governing Law
    • Competition governed by Australian law
    • Non-exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts
    • Local consumer protection laws may apply
